Content & Takedown Policy

1. What this covers

This policy covers everything users put into Lore Warden — army, unit and faction names, pasted lists, battle notes, setting text, tournament and display names — and the AI-generated tales and narration derived from it, especially where any of it appears on public share pages.

2. Content rules

  • No infringing content. Do not paste copyrighted rules text, published fiction, or any material you do not have the right to share. Your own list of unit names and points is fine; a publisher’s rules text is not.
  • No hate or harassment. No content that attacks, threatens or demeans people, on any basis. Banter between opponents is part of the hobby; abuse is not.
  • No sexual content involving minors, and no sexually explicit content on public pages.
  • No personal data of others without their consent — real names, addresses, contact details.
  • No illegal content, spam, or malicious links.
  • Keep public names clean. Faction, army and display names visible on public pages must not contain slurs or gratuitous profanity; a filter may reject or mask them.
  • Do not weaponise the narrator. Inputs crafted to make the AI produce content that breaks these rules are treated as if you had posted that content yourself.

3. Moderation

We may remove or refuse any content, disable share links, regenerate or withhold tales, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. Public pages will carry a report mechanism; until then, reports go to the contact address below. We aim to act on credible reports promptly.

4. Reporting infringement (takedown)

If you believe content on Lore Warden infringes your copyright or other rights, email richard.a.d.smith@gmail.com with:

  1. Identification of the work or right you say is infringed;
  2. The URL(s) of the content on this Service;
  3. Your name, and contact details we can reply to;
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, their agent, or the law;
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are, or are authorised to act for, the rights holder.

On receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the content promptly, and may notify the user who submitted it. That user may respond with a counter-notice explaining why the content is not infringing; if the dispute is not resolved, the content stays down. Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.

5. Other complaints

For complaints that are not about infringement — harassment, privacy, offensive names — use the same address with a link to the content and a short description of the problem.
